RESPONSABILITATI

The mission of this job is to integrate the current Ubisoft IT teams to work on CRM (marketing) tools. Once the knowledge transfer done on this tools, the person will be in charge of supporting the applications and participating in the different projects in this area for our internal marketing customer. Attributions:
- Answer any question from the customer regarding the different applications
- Solve any issue (bug, blocking situations) on the software
- Analyze user needs and define the actions that have to be done
- Write functional specifications, define test plans
- Follow up of projects and planning
- Provide end-user training


CERINTE

- Fluent in English and a medium to good level in French
- A first experience in Marketing or Customer Relationship Management is an advantage
