RESPONSABILITATI

Job Description:
CRM Operations staff work for one or more European HP CRM teams, and are responsible for data quality and maintaining/updating the customer/sales hierarchy, servicing the local Sales, Marketing, Sales Compensation and Call Centre teams.
−Located within the CRM Front & Reporting team under reporting ¿ front end reporting lead
−Collaborates with reporting support and ad hoc reporting execution
−Develops front end applications on the basis of design documentations, directions from front end lead and dev roadmap
−Proactively suggests technical solutions to Biz requirements
−Proactively seeks solutions for technical issues impacting front end and when possible suggests directions of solutions or enhancements to back end team
−Documents development done


CERINTE

- Bachelar degree needed
- 1 year office experience
−Very good English
−Strong technical skills: ASP / OLAP / .Net /SQL / executive viewer
−Able to work in team as well as able to define personal working schedule in autonomy
−Ready to work in a changing environment
