RESPONSABILITATI

Selection and implementing of the required applications for data base management
Structuring and cleaning the clients database for all company’s divisions
Maintaining and continuous up-dating of the clients data base for all company’s divisions
Accomplishing the selections from the databases in order to use them in projects (CRM campaigns, CSI, market research projects)
Analysis of customer behavior to aid product and service decision making (e.g. pricing, new product development etc.)
Helping the Sales team to execute and manage the data colecting process better and in an organized manner
Performing backup procedures to protect the information within the database
Troubleshooting and repairing database problems
Results/action oriented
Capable of working independently and self-governing
Communication and interpersonal abilities
Control and planning abilities
Analytical skills, capable of synthesizing large amounts of data
Organized, structured, responsible (operates with confidential dates)

CERINTE

University studies, Bachelor degree in IT
Very good command of English language (knowledge of German language is an advantage)
PC operation: specific programs (e.g. SIEBEL, Microsoft’s SQL Server, File maker Pro, Oracle, and Sybase.);
