RESPONSABILITATI

Hewlett Packard’s Customer Relationship Management is the solution built on Siebel for Marketing, Sales, and Call Centre processes in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
CRM Operations staff work for one or more European HP CRM teams, and are responsible for data quality and maintaining/updating the customer/sales hierarchy, servicing the local Sales, Marketing, Sales Compensation and Call Centre teams.

- Manual validation of duplicate/matching records;
- New Account record creation;
- Contact re-qualification;
- Mail returns processing;
- Account hierarchy investigation and processing;
- Sales Team maintenance.


CERINTE

- Minimum one years office work experience;
- Advanced level of English Eastern-European languages
- PC and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) tools knowledge;
- Prior Siebel/CRM experience is a plus, but not required as full training will be provided;
- Ability to work as part of a remote/virtual team;
- Excellent communication/presentation skills;
- Strong motivation, good eye for detail, high degree of accuracy;
- (Internal) Customer service mentality.
