RESPONSABILITATI

Hewlett Packard¿s Customer Relationship Management is the solution built on Siebel for Marketing, Sales, and Call Centre processes in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Job Description:
CRM Operations staff work for one or more European HP CRM teams, and are responsible for data quality and maintaining/updating the customer/sales hierarchy, servicing the local Sales, Marketing, Sales Compensation and Call Centre teams.
- Manual validation of duplicate/matching records
- New Account record creation
- Contact re-qualification
- Mail returns processing
- Account hierarchy investigation and processing
- Sales Team maintenance


CERINTE

Qualifications:
- Minimum one year office work experience
- Advanced level in English.
- PC and Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint) tools knowledge
- Prior Siebel/CRM experience is a plus, but not required as full training will be provided

Key Skills:
- Ability to work as part of a remote/virtual team;
- Excellent communication/presentation skills;
- Strong motivation, good eye for detail, high degree of accuracy;
- (Internal) Customer service mentality.
