Job Description:
CRM Operations staff work for one or more European HP CRM teams, and are responsible for data quality and maintaining/updating the customer/sales hierarchy, servicing the local Sales, Marketing, Sales Compensation and Call Centre teams.
- Manual validation of duplicate/matching records
- New Account record creation
- Contact re-qualification
- Mail returns processing
- Account hierarchy investigation and processing
- Sales Team maintenance
Qualifications:
- Minimum one years office work experience
- Fluent in English + one of French, German, Italian, Dutch, Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Norwegian
- PC and Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint) tools knowledge
- Prior Siebel/CRM experience is a plus, but not required as full training will be provided
Key Skills:
- Ability to work as part of a remote/virtual team
