• Prepare functional designs and system configurations, or perform relevant testing and deployment of the designed business solution

• Architectural knowledge of CRM solutions
• Experience in implementing CRM solutions in Utilities
• Strong communication skills to all business levels
• Experience in direct communication / client site cooperation
• Team player attitude
• Fluency in English
• University degree
• Travel availability
