RESPONSABILITATI

- Our client is one of the world¿s most important mobile community.
- The company has partnerships and alliances with some of the world¿s leading suppliers and operators meaning that they can serve their business customers in more ways and in more parts of the world than anyone else.

Responsabilities:

- Operation & maintenance of CRM applications
CRM applications monitoring and ensuring corrective actions upon procedures or data when errors occur
Ensures transfer into production of new application releases
- Analysis & implementation of periodic and/or on demand reports
- To configure specific CRM applications
- Support for testing CRM related applications
- Any other related tasks requested by superior.


CERINTE

- 1-2 years experience in IT area
- University degree, fluency in English,
- Sales and customer information systems concepts, database concepts
- Good knowledge in operating systems (UNIX and win NT), scripting, programming languages (Pearl and c), databases (SQL), applications architecture (client server etc.).
