RESPONSABILITATI

Focus area:
- operation&maintenance of CRM applications
- CRM applications monitoring and ensuring corrective actions upon procedures or data when errors occur
- ensures transfer into production of new application releases
- analysis&implementation of periodic and/or on demand reports
- to configure specific CRM applications
- support for testing CRM related applications
- any other related tasks requested by superior

- problem solving; organized, analytical mind, self-developer, good planner and organized person


Key technical competencies:
- operating systems (UNIX, Linux) and scripting
- programming languages (C, Perl, Java) and database (PL/SQL)
- database concepts
- applications architecture


Qualifications required:
- computer science university degree
- availability during nights, week ends (stand by and on site intervention on demand) for major operational incidents
- experience in IT field (in related area is a plus)
- fluency in English
