RESPONSABILITATI

- Responsible for the operational CRM related implementation and further developments as according with the defined business strategies and requirements;

- Involved in CRM request definition, testing, documentation preparing, implementation of required up-dates or functionality extension for already implemented CRM developments;

- Identify CRM related business development opportunities by working closely with business teams across channels;

- Work closely with the IT CRM responsible in order to: identify the most appropriate implementation opportunities of planned/required CRM related developments, to develop and/or closely follow business analyses of the submitted business requirements, as well as corresponding developments;

- Contribute to the development, implementation and ongoing improvements of the CRM data standards and to the definition of the CRM environments and tools;

- Contribute to the design and fine-tuning of the CRM related procedures &indicators and to their implementation


CERINTE

- University degree(Marketing or Cybernetics major is an asset)

- Previous relevant experience in (operational) CRM projects is required

- Marketing and business analysis knowledge

- Presentation skills

- Very good PC skills: Access, Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook, Power Point

- Analytic reasoning

- Problem solving attitude,

- Client oriented

- Creative thinking

- Ability to work with tight deadlines and under pressure

- Tine management skills
