CRM Operations staff work for one or more European HP CRM teams, and are responsible for data quality and maintaining/updating the customer/sales hierarchy, servicing the local Sales, Marketing, Sales Compensation and Call Centre teams.
Manual validation of duplicate/matching records
New Account record creation
Contact re-qualification
Mail returns processing
Account hierarchy investigation and processing
Sales Team maintenance
Minimum one year office work experience
Advanced level in English and Fluency in French, Rsussian, Czech, Slovak, Polish,HEBREW, Turkish, Greek
PC and Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint) tools knowledge
Prior Siebel/CRM experience is a plus, but not required as full training will be provided
Key Skills:
Ability to work as part of a remote/virtual team
Excellent communication/presentation skills
Strong motivation, good eye for detail, high degree of accuracy
(Internal) Customer service mentality
