RESPONSABILITATI

Primary function: The Regional CSA (Credit Support Analyst) is responsible for providing support to Credit Front and Back Office Functions. This individual will act as a Process and Subject Matter Expert in EMEA, supporting Global and Region Programs, Projects and Initiatives. Tactical support is provided for Global initiated requests by working closely with the global Business Process/Systems team. Strategic and tactical support is provided for EMEA initiated requests. Initiatives would involve processes, policy, procedure analysis, systems, training and management information reporting. Ensures business controls and processes are in compliance with audit requirements and business objectives. Develops cross-functional processes with business partners that include service level agreements to ensure processes are consistently fine-tuned and accountability is measured. Excellent Communication skills and the ability to work in a fast paced ever-changing environment in support of the Global and Regional Credit Function are imperative.

Principal responsibilities:

- Anticipate and investigate business support opportunities
- Evaluate and prioritize opportunities against organizational objectives to determine project viability
- Complete a thorough needs assessment
- Evaluate and quantify potential financial impact of the project
- Identify, investigate and evaluate possible solutions to address business needs
- Apply business knowledge and/or technical skills to formulate a recommendation
- Establish metrics to evaluate solution effectiveness
- Identify and manage project linkages
- Identify resource needs
- Develop detailed project plans which may include communications plans, project phase plans, change management plan, and testing/training plans
- Acquire approval of project plans
- Develop and document policies and procedures that meet guidelines
- Execute and manage implementation of plan
- Manage to budget, time, and scope
- Manage service provider relationships
- Provide ongoing support per defined support model
- Monitor metrics, analyze trends, communicate and initiate action as required


CERINTE

- Background in finance (related studies or 3-5 years experience in a finance job)
- Skills and experience in process analysis and improvement
- Skills and experience in project management (as a project leader)
- fluent in English, any other language skills are a plus
- Knowledge of quality concepts
- Knowledge of HP and business processes is an advantage
