Receive, verifies the completeness and correctness of the indemnification files
Send messages to the branches in case of incomplete indemnification files with the missing documents
Draw up the approval note as per Insurance Agreement
Send the indemnification file plus the client file to the Insurer
Keep contact with the Insurers in order to resolve all the issues that can occur
Monitor the collection funds from indemnification files sent to Insurer
Monitor the overdue clients accounts for which the Insurer paid the indemnification files and in case of reimbursed amounts Workout Officer send the respective amounts to the Insurer as per Protocols signed between parties
A centralized report of all files submitted to the Insurer is kept
Make the necessary documentation in order to reject the amounts that cannot be identified at all and send the amounts back to the sender
Prepare the file with the all encased amounts into the specialized recovery company
Calculate the overdue amounts for each debtor including principal, interest and penalties
Instruct Loan Administration to process the files with the recoveries as per clients overdue amounts
Keep contact with the Executors in order to have a clear evidence of collected amounts
Receive the clients claims and requests
Investigate and analyze each case
Provide copies of the contracts requested
Provide confirmation of the loan liquidation
Provide loan payments analysis
Provide statements of loan accounts
Request the approval from the nominated operator for the events introduced
Keeps track of the written off reports
Receive and analyze the reports sent by the branches in regard to the garnishments received for the bank clients
Approve the necessary measures for the respectively garnishment taking into account the recommendation given by Legal Department
Present to the management to approve these proposals
In case of deceased clients that have life insurance policies, request the necessary documentation from the branches/family in order to prepare the indemnification file
Send the indemnification file to the Insurer
Monitor the payments for the indemnification file
Education - High School and/or University Degree
Professional experience – minim 18 months
Accounting knowledge
Good verbal and written communication skills

Computer skills to work in Work, Excel
English language - fluent
