- Credit portfolio analysis and reporting to Senior Management on performance of portfolios and risk management systems, highlighting trends/key features;
- Work with the Basel II project team to develop and improve the credit capital reporting systems & processes;
- Involvement in the development of effective risk monitoring techniques, as well as process improvements;
- Liaison with Head Office departments to resolve operational problems associated with the use of scoring systems and to establish management information requirements;
- Gathering and analysis of economic data to determine impact on business operations;
- Development and improvement of the credit and risk policy.
- More than 2 years prior lending or credit risk experience;
- Master degree (preferable in finance, economics or risk management) or CFA would be an asset;
- Working knowledge of Credit Scoring would be an asset;
- Analytical, computer and statistical skills;
- Able to manage projects, to establish and keep timelines, tasks and milestones;
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
