- Monitoring Static Data Input and Quality (Atlas Facility Input, Xpert Covers, FOCAS, DCL, StarPro, Vortex, CRS); verify accuracy with approval documents.
- Monitor the accuracy of facility input for Annex J Country Limit Report; co-ordinate with Lending Risk Management to resolve and correct errors;
- Approve release of certain payments (special transactions) and commitments;
- Send instructions for capturing of facilities to Mid-Office department;
- Ex-post random check of document packages to ensure that all documents required for facility utilization are present and consistent with approval conditions. Determine that all the exceptions to the approved standard documents were prepared or approved by the Legal Department;
- Prepare and review required reports to assist the department in meeting its portfolio quality, loan monitoring and reporting objectives;
- Monitor account management follow-up on daily excesses, and any policy and procedural exceptions.
- University degree or comparable secondary level education in a relevant field such as accounting, business, finance, or economics;
- Preferably 1 year of bank experience, generally in a credit analyst, corporate lending or risk management position;
- PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Atlas, Internet);
- Fluent English, verbal and written;
- Client oriented, can- do attitude, problem solver;
- Very well organised, able to prioritise, positive thinker.
