RESPONSABILITATI

The centralised Credit Control team based in Romania. is responsible and accountable for managing the investment of accounts receivables within assigned portfolios of accounts on behalf of Mood International. This position requires an inspiring team leader who has the ability to coach and train a team to become a Centre of Excellence. This will require the highest level of credit management international experience, and will suit someone who has implemented centralised teams and been heavily involved in continuous improvement programmes.
Job Purpose
You will work closely with the International Head of Collections to direct, co-ordinate and optimise the credit team activities. ensuring the highest quality service delivery to Mood International. You will manage the performance of a team of 11. highlighting areas of opportunity to relevant areas. ensuring the achievement of consistently high performance as well as seeking to provide continuous process improvement.

Scope of Responsibilities
• This is a highly visible position requiring a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.
• Managing the timely collection of payments from all customers on behalf of Mood International. managing the end to end activities to recover any overdue debt, including legal and Third Party party action where necessary.
• Responsible for the governance and maintenance of credit policy and procedures.
• Invest in building strong relations with other departments to ensure operational efficiency.
• To train and mentor staff by setting objectives, delivering performance evaluation.
• Ensure staff research and resolve escalated billing inquiries from customers within agreed SLA's.
• Authorise the production of sales ledger credit notes ensuring necessary write off controls in-line with delegation of authority guidelines.

• Understanding of ERP systems and Credit Management software.

• Knowledge of International Credit & Collection Management.
• Ability to produce policy and procedures.
• Comfortable working independently with the minimum of supervision.
• Politically and culturally sensitive and aware.
• Confident. knowledgeable and focused. self —motivated and adaptable.
• Numerate.
• A strong but not abrasive personality. Able to listen as well as talk.
• Experience of working collaboratively and gaining buy-in through building trust.
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
• Must speak / write English and French fluently.

• All duties are to be performed in accordance with country regulations and conducted in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
• Educated to degree or relevant work experience required.
• Member of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management desirable.
• Minimum 5 years European Credit & Collections management experience.
• Multi-lingual. with excellent written and oral English.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel. PowerPoint skills.
