RESPONSABILITATI

To lead and develop the insurance business line clients' data-base, drive sales activities.
Guarantee the sustainability of existing local customers and grow the number of key account clients.

Main Activities and Objectives:
Sales
- Promoting, presenting and responsible for the credit insurance services sales.
- Thematic seminars and conferences organization;
- Grow and develop the local business clients' portfolio.
- Identify new customers and sell further services to existing customers.
Marketing:
- Create and Expand the current customer base; follow and implement the marketing plan.
- Negotiate with the marketing service suppliers, media.
- Participation to seminars, conferences, runs promotion activities.

Impact:
- Direct impact on the company achievement revenue and sales budget targets.

Relations:

External
- Identify new local customers and provide customer care service to existing customers.
- Maintain close relationship with all clients to promote and sell enhance their impression of the company for potential upselling.
- Use of creative sales strategies, keeping an eye on efficiency and integrity.
- Identify local competitors in various service areas.
- Present and keep a close relationship with the business media and other economic events organizers.

Internal
- Works together with the Sales Team to provide a high quality standard service for the local customers and to share new initiatives and ideas.
- Collaborates with the internal departments, communicates and shares the clients' requirements in order to be implemented in the production process.

Major challenges:
- Customer retention, upselling and cross-selling
- Maintain high quality sales activity
- Win new local customers / sustainable business.
- Meet the sales budget targets and the breakdown revenue per customer.


CERINTE

- University degree in Law / Economics (ASE or similar).
- Foreign languages - fluent English obligatory. French and/or German - an advantage.
- PC literate - MSOffice, browsing, e-mail.

Skills in organizing, planning, controlling, assessment, negotiations.
Budget targets working skills.
Two years relevant B2B sales experience ¿ mandatory; Relevant Experience in Finance / Banking sector ¿ an asset:
Comfortable with reports, clients' database, activity planner, time management, setting priorities, and stress management.
Well developed social skills, excellent communication skills.
Ambitious, persistent, open-minded, analytical thinking, business vocabulary, continuous improving will.
Clean driving license.
