RESPONSABILITATI

• To achieve the monthly cash-collection targets set for your specific
section of accounts.
• Ensure that appropriate telephone contact is made at the earliest possible
stage on overdue debts, in accordance with the Credit Control timetable. –

• Answer queries and enquiries from customers.
• Ensure that payments are correctly allocated, to the appropriate account
and against the appropriate invoice(s).
• Check reminder letters for 100% accuracy and appropriateness before
sending.
• Suspend credit facilities in accordance with Credit Policy.
• Be aware of duties performed by other team members to enable adequate
cover to be provided at all times of holiday/absence.
• Aid the finance manager in general queries relating to credit control function
• Liaise with Legal manager and Finance Manager in recommending Legal actions where necessary.
• Report actions taken as well as outcomes achieved in a timely fashion


CERINTE

The successful candidate will be a well organised individual, a 'self starter' who will take the lead in setting personal objectives. He/She will be an effective communicator, in both English and Romanian Languages ( oral and written). He or who will be able to establish good working relationships with his staff/co-ordinators.

- financial studies
- similar experience at least 2 years
- Good knowledge of Wizcount software in order to be able to extract an ageing list and to provide account details as invoices collection.
- Good knowledge of Romanian accounting system.
- Great capacity to meet tide deadlines.
