Achieve the monthly cash-collection targets set for your specific section of accounts.
Ensure that appropriate telephone contact is made at the earliest possible stage on overdue debts, in accordance with the Credit Control timetable.
Ensure that payments are correctly allocated, to the appropriate account and against the appropriate invoice(s).
Check reminder letters for 100% accuracy and appropriateness before sending.
Suspend credit facilities in accordance with Credit Policy.
Aid the finance manager in general queries relating to credit control function
Liaise with Legal manager and Finance Manager in recommending Legal actions where necessary.

have significant experience with a credit controller position
inspire authority, while maintaining courtesy
speak fluenty both Romanian and English (speaking and writing)
be highly organised
be able to demosntrate knowledge of, and experience in, the legal processes relating too the credit control function
