We are looking for a Credit Controller for our client, one of the world’s five largest dairy companies.
Responsibilities:
Performing credit risk assessment for clients;
Performing collection tasks to ensure compliance with monthly and annual collection targets;
Sending regular letters and statements to customers;
Reviewing with regularity clients transactions and balances to ensure correctness and accuracy;
Keeping in contact with high risk customers in order to ensure debtors days are within targets;
Keeping in constant contact with Sales and Accounting department to solve queries;
Preparing in due time deliverables for monthly closing for Accounting and Controlling departments.
University level education, with Finance or Accounting background;
Minimum of 2-3 years work experience in credit , exposure to Retail Key Accounts preferred;
ERP system knowledge is a must;
Computer literate – excellent knowledge of Excel;
Proficiency in speaking and writing in English;
Strong customer relationship skills;
Good communication skills, positive attitude;
Responsible attitude towards work;
Strong ethical values, integrity, maturity, credibility, and comfortable in dealing with senior managemen
