RESPONSABILITATI

The team is responsible for:
Interact professionally with customers and Oracle employees to insure timely collection of balances
Research transactions on customer accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
Achieve cash collection and aged debt targets
RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Provide support to the EMEA Credit & Collections team. Acting as point of contact for escalation of all related business issues and activities.
- The point of contact for escalation of all C & C related business issues and activities.
- Assisting as required, to resolve issues impacting cash collections & revenue.
- Ensuring compliance with Global policies and procedures.
- Conduct debt reviews with LOBs
- Monitor and progress invoices on the ‘Legal’ list to ensure resolution
-Provide advice and guidance to Auditors, internal Corporate Accounting functions


CERINTE

- Fluency in English is a must.
- University degree
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a people management role.
- Ideally 3-5 years previous Credit & Collections experience.
-Strong people management skills
- Strong mathematical aptitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- PC expertise and knowledge of Word and Excel (also Adobe, PowerPoint, and Oracle Applications)
- Excellent conflict resolution skills in high demanding sales environment
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound judgment under pressure
-Ability to work well with other organizations in a team environment.
- Ability to handle and keep up with constant changes to products, policies, procedures, and people. Ability to multi-task, including juggling and prioritizing numerous contracts and issues at the same time, often under strict time constraints.
- Ability to maintain composure despite tight deadlines and high demand environment
- Ability to communicate effectively and calmly.
- Flexibility in work schedule.
- Excellent problem solving skills and good judgement
