- To propose AC Credit policy and ensure that it is adhered
- To maintain relationship with any specific credit rating / insurance companies, requesting, obtaining, using information or specific coverage; check and approve associated costs
- To cooperate on preparation of Distributor agreements
- To monitor local receivables on regular basis (min weekly) and report to Business Controller, to contact customers after discussion with BLMs responsible for the business, to propose bad debt provision to Business Controller
- To co-operate with credit department of PC in case of indent orders, to contact direct customers and distributors after discussion with BLMs responsible for the business
- To check for accuracy the issued invoices for equipments and approve them
- To check accuracy and completeness of CNs received from PCs
- To calculate commission for distributors if necessary except of prime equipment sales – to propose monthly accrual for commission to be paid
- To assist Business Controller with required ad hoc analysis
- To prepare quarterly inter-company reconciliation and report the result to Busineess Controller
- Managing receivables – local and indent
- Assisting BC, GM and BLMs in various analyses.
- Preparing sales information for GM report
- Authorizing CNs from PCs
- Authorizing invoices issued by CTO and RDT, GDE, URE and SDE logistics
- University Degree required in Business or Economics
- Minimum of 1 year of working experience on a similar position
- Training on systems and programs relevant to the position
- Accounting knowledge, good knowledge of the AC income statement and balance sheet practices.
