- Evaluate corporate clients and prospects in line with risk parameters, using standard procedures and guidelines;
- Conducting due diligence and client negotiations.
- Perform credit analysis and financial analysis of companies, production of financial projections and cash-flow model to assess the financial performance and business prospects of the potential customers;
write credit proposals and prepare the document packages, ensuring that all documents required by the Risk
Management department are present and consistent with credit policies in place
- Provide mid-office support to account managers in research, analysis and ancillary support for client and business development activity;
- Identify key policy, deal structuring, and risk issues to be addressed and advise account managers on presentation issues, ING policy, risk acceptance standards, deal structuring to ensure that proposals address all key risks prior to submission for approval;
- Prepare required reports to assist the sales department in building a healthy and profitable asset portfolio and to actively contribute to achieving departmental reporting objectives and earnings targets and budgets
- University degree or comparable secondary level education in a relevant field such as finance, business, economics or accounting;
- 2-3 years of leasing/ lending/ leveraged finance, generally in a credit analyst, corporate lending or risk management position;
