- Produce creative across all direct channels and knows how to design for both print and digital.
- Produce award winning work and feels comfortable working on a variety of DM design projects for a range of clients including retail, education, consumer &B2B…
- Manage projects from design brief to production
- Interpret the client’s needs and translate them into compelling visual designs
- Responsible for trafficking work through the agency, overseeing and managing all final art and control of print production.
- Able to set up faultless artwork for print
- Working along Account Directors liasing directly with clients and assisting with pitches when needed
- Work to agreed budgets and schedules so a calm head is essential.
- 4+ Agency/studio background and used to a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of CRM &eCRM.
- Excellent organizational skills, a real drive to succeed and a passion for creativity.
- Keen eye for design as well as detail
- Able to work well under pressure andmeet extremely tight deadlines
- Strong technical background
- Expert usage of design software particularly Photoshop, illustrator and InDesign as well as a basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for their online marketing materials
- Experience of applying theories related to colour schemes, use of space, text placement, usability and visual flow
- Team player and be confident when presenting work both internally and to clients.
- Fluent English
