RESPONSABILITATI

Develop the service strategies and plans of this region, implement services effectively, establish a common customer relationship platform, maintain the key customer relationship, build service brands of Huawei, ensure customers’ service satisfaction, and support the stable development of markets.
Resolve PBC effectively, know objectives and key measures through regular meetings of regional offices, and ensure realization of business objectives through plan management and performance management.
Be responsible for the creation of the macro environment of service sales markets of regional offices and planning of service product markets, direct and support service managers to establish and maintain various layers of customer relationships, push and monitor the development of major service sales projects, and realize service sales objectives.
Push the implementation of Huawei’s service systems in regional offices, analyze and monitor effective operation of service systems, ensure the successful development of services, and improve the per capita work efficiency and integrated organization benefit.
Be responsible for the organization construction and administration service platforms of regional offices, configure resources reasonably, and provide supports and guarantees for projects, technical supports, training, and service marketing business of regional offices.
According to the department development planning and human resource management requirements, implement and supervise the subordinate department to organize the culture construction and human resource management, create a fine organization climate, breed the management personnel and carry out the selection system, and establish a professional team to meet service requirements.


CERINTE

Mastering of basic telecom network knowledge, and familiarity with the business and operation of telecom carriers
Familiarity with business operation flows of GTS Dept and actual business operation situation of regional offices
Familiarity with basic theory of management and marketing, and mastering of basic financial affair knowledge; rich customer service experience
Good team leadership, communication ability, interpersonal understanding, team construction, and management ability
Good plan management ability and organization and coordination abilities
