ISG personnel Management is looking for his client (leading worldwide producer in renewable energy sector with focus on wind power solutions) for their Service Department in Romania a :

Country Service Manager

General purpose of the ROle

Goal of the service organisations efforts is to establish the leading position of company as no.1 in Modern Energy. Also to strengthen and consolidate a forward looking service portfolio. The focus of the service organisation will be directed increasingly to market and customer orientation.

As manager of the service department you are responsible for a balanced consideration of market requirements and company objectives (f.e. EBIT, MTBI, customer satisfaction or safety) in the day to day business. The defined will of company service for continuous advancement demands you to forego in an analytical and strategically way and to sort out problems concerning this matter strongly.

As manager of the service department you take the responsibility for the regulation, control and the reporting of agreed service levels within customer contracts, for an suitable implementation and adoption of the work planning for the technicians and the integration of field service with the indoor service team. The core task is to lead approx. 4 field supervisors and approx. 50 technicians indirectly with the defined aim to grow efficiency and productivity in the service department. Furthermore belonging to the core business is the responsibility of guidance and development of the whole indoor service team with approx. 20 employees.

In your function you account fort the design, implementation and improvement of an integrated, demand oriented field management system with the aim to ensure strongly the utilizabilty and workload of the present technicians under economic aspects.

Your tasks:

- Safeguarding of a continuous service process for optimal execution of planned and unplanned maintenances, brake downs and events within contractual guidelines
- Engage, lead, guide and develop all employees of the indoor business and of the field supervisors to ensure their potentials being utilized to a maximum
- Combined development and optimization approaches together with the field supervisors for increasing the work efficiency, increase of the direct working time ratio in the turbines as well as avoidance of backlog.
- Increasing of productivity and efficiency, process compliance, reduction of errors, reduction of ride time and compliance of service level agreements.
- Implementation of a comprehensive reporting structure to ensure a high process quality as well as to keep the work completion and efficiency in the field service checked
- Active risk and resource management (time/cost/quality) in closely adjustment with the capacity planning person
- Participation on the safeguarding of effective communication between the departments
- Deep knowledge of the service SAP-System modules and tools for an effective advancement and development of its functionality for the service area.
- Ensure focus on actual major topics in the day to day business
- Ensure whole closing of pending topics


CERINTE

Your Profile:
- Completed university study, ideal if specialized in engineering, economic-engineering or business
economics
- Thinking out of the own departments box
- Technical understanding
- Attendance for travelling
- Excellent commercial understanding
- Communication
- At least 5 years work experience in leading function
- English
- Customer orientation
- Leadership, planning, organisation and coordination
- MS Office, SAP
- Know How in HSE
- Ability to solve problems
- Gap management
