For one of its clients, Arthur Hunt is looking for a Country Sales Representative within an international group dealing with Lean-manufacturing.
The Group offers a large range of products such as working environments, flow racks, Lean ¿manufacturing supermarkets and carts.
The Group is directly present in 5 locations: United States of America, Germany, South Africa, Brazil and France and operates in the rest of Europe through subsidiary networks and distributors which offer a proximity customized service.
In order to follow up their development in Central Europe where many of the Group Clients established their production sites, the Group is now looking to recruit a Country Sales Representative for Romania.
Responsibilites:
Once having attended training on the technical and commercial parts in France, the selected candidate will draw up and implement a development strategy which best corresponds to the Romanian territory.
Main responsibilities:
- Canvassing developing opportunities in Romania
- Monitor and develop the existing portfolio through intensive prospecting, client visits, follow up the client relation on an overall and efficiently present in contacting the clients, etc.
- Optimization in sales, turnover, margins.
Professional Experience:
Commercial and/or technical experience
Professional experience in selling equipment goods, in the automobile industry and, if possible, also in methods of approaching and managing big accounts (clients) like automobile and equipment manufacturers
A good comprehension of the job and of the domain of activity of the client, the technical insight is also indispensable.
Skills:
Good negotiator
Credible, able accomplish a complex business in a competitive environment.
Languages:
Excellent command of Romanian and English
Location:
Complete flexibility throughout the country.
Hierarchical positioning:
This position will answer directly to the French branch of the Group on a regular basis, which ensures the logistics matters
