Our client:
- is a global multi level marketing corporation with 120 offices and subsidiaries in 104 countries all over the world. In Europe, the company is active in more than 15 countries. Its operations lie in the distribution of health care products, foods, household accessories, cosmetics and toiletries, as well as fashion.
Due to the big growth of our client we are looking for a highly motivated Multi Level Marketing expert for their office in Bucharest.
Your Responsibilities:
- Identification and recruitment of a productive Sales organization;
- Work with new and existing Sales leaders to build their business and achieve growth for the Sales organization and the company: target setting, performance monitoring, training;
- Development of growth plan to improve and expand business;
- Budget and performance development and control;
- Coordination of communication strategies targeted at distributors and customers;
- Acquisition of market intelligence to identify trends, competition, and product pricing;
- Management of customer service to achieve distributor and customer loyalty;
- Development of recruitment estimates for distributors and sales estimates of product lines.

Your Profile:
- At least 3 years Sales & Marketing experience in direct selling / Multi Level Marketing,
- Degree in marketing or an equivalent education;
- Excellent knowledge of the Romanian market;
- Fluent communication in Romanian and English;
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, to include conflict management skills.
- PC proficient, especially in the use of the MS-Office package.
