RESPONSABILITATI

A person in this position is responsible for the effective management, improvement and administration of the sales and profit interests of Companies product portfolio at distributors, customers and producers in the markets he/she is responsible for.
Requirements

* To improve, implement and manage sales, stock, collection, distribution, promotion, technical assistance and demand generating strategies in accordance with marketing strategies in order to realise annual company objectives with the distributors, customers and producers whom he/she is accountable to in line with the business objectives which are determined within the framework of the company's vision, mission and values in the region he/she is responsible.
* If there is any, to create, manage and lead a team of Technical Assistance Engineers. To increase his/her team's productivity and efficiency; to provide trainings directed to their improvement.
* To have works of producer demand forming, promotion, trial, demonstration, fair and commercial variety selection processes done according to the variety plans and criteria determined by marketing; with the team of Technical Assistance Engineers or directly. To manage the selection of the markets, in which activities are to be carried out, and of their producers.
* To support the company's short term and long term brand and marketing strategies by telling the results to his/her superiors of doing competition analysis at customers and producers, of detecting customer and producer expectations which are present or may be on the market.
* To support brand image and brand recognition works which will be planned.
* To ensure that the producer database is up-to-date, correct and thorough at all times by managing the producer portfolio in the regions he/she is responsible; to ensure that producer routes which are in accordance with the database are implemented and to follow the effective visits which are done according to the route. To control and inspect the routes.
* To manage the team of distributors in order to provide and preserve firmness in the sales prices of the Distributors he/she is responsible for. To provide and preserve firmness in the resale prices of sub-distributors. (to be evaluated)
* To immediately provide information of rival products which just come out on the market, and to ensure that the product information is sent to related units.
* To provide the implementation of FIFO rule at Distributors and customers in order to take stocks down to minimum level. To train and direct the team of distributors and customers in this matter.
* To ensure that the storing conditions of our products at Distributors and our customers are in accordance with company procedures; to form and follow solutions for inconsistencies.
* To ensure that stock levels on variety base at the distributors and markets he/she is responsible for are at a level which would meet market demands.
* To manage channel and customer portfolio via distributors. To ensure that the sales team of distributors form a route in a way which will comprehend all customers and channels. To train the sales team of distributors in the subjects of route forming, customer relations, promotion and release activities regularly and in a planned way; to inspect them and to effectively direct them in the matter of new business areas. # To make sure that necessary measures are taken in order that collection is done on time. To develop and suggest policies which will decrease risk and guarantee collection (letter of guarantee, insurance etc.)
# To carry out customer and producer visits regularly and in a planned way.
# To make suggestions by making evaluations regarding new product and business concepts.
# To support the process of the preparation of strategic market plans with his/her forecasts by evaluating short term and long term market sizes in the categories he/she is responsible for, the changes in cultivation areas and the developments in producer, customer, channel structures.
# To follow the realization of the sales budgets (including income and expenditure like turnover, tonnage, price, discount, promotion etc.) which are in the annual market plans of the categories he/she is responsible for by ensuring that they are reduced to the bases of region, channel and customer; to create proactive solutions beforehand by detecting the problems which could emerge at the stage of annual budgets' implementation.
# To make the portfolio strategy based on products and variety, which is released by marketing, reduced to market, low-end market and producer type details; and follow its implementation via distributors; and to report the results.
# To evaluate the analyses and suggestions in rival activity reports and ensure that necessary solutions are provided. To find opportunities in the reports and suggest them.
# To ensure his/her team's complete participation, in accordance with company procedures, into the process regarding customer and producer complaints (product, quality, service); and to ensure coordination with other departments.
# To ensure that maximum effort is put in for the realization of the sales distribution objectives set by marketing for the launched varieties' introduction into the market and sales; to ensure that presentations of new products are done at target producers.
# To monitor the performance indicators of the processes and personnel affiliated him/her; to report the results.
# To support Product Managers regarding the varieties which will be registered in the related country.
# To follow the license and sales bonuses belonging to distributors in the related country; ensure that collection is done at the time of contract. To support the Country Manager and Product Managers in this process.
