RESPONSABILITATI

The Country Marketing Director is responsible for:
Overseeing all local marketing activities and projects development
Making certain that the marketing strategy and brand image (for each project) is being implemented, which includes working with local brand managers and overseeing their marketing work, as well as providing them with the needed assistance to do their jobs
Constant analysis and tracking of any changes of the local Market trends and Target group
Realizing the local Marketing business plan and assisting local brand managers in local project business plans realizations
Managing and coordinating work of Brand Managers in brands localization (brand positioning) which may also include copywriting (in Direct mailing, e-mailing, advertising in print, radio), testimonial production, creative (layout design)
Full local advertising campaign management, tracking and analysis
Weekly and monthly reports and analysis
Making the Annual Marketing Plan

Minimum Desired Requirements
A minimum 2-year background in marketing
Minimum 1-year experience in direct marketing, branding and tasks performing with the goal of direct sales facilitation
Basic understanding of direct response marketing, branding
[the candidate should at least understand basic concepts of direct marketing, brand positioning and brand image building]
Basic understanding of CRM
Basic understanding of customers profiling and modeling
Good internet usage skills
Basic copywriting abilities, but with very good writing abilities
Strong disposition towards selling, testing & analysis
Good written and spoken English skills
Basic sales presentation skills
Management skills and strong communicational skills
The ability to manage multiple brands and work with multiple brand managers
Strong dedication to work and work ethics
Ability to work well under pressure, too
Experience with making the Annual Marketing Plan

Desired Skills and Experience
2 years or more of experience in performing marketing tasks such as Project management, marketing campaign management, media analysis; with proven sales results
Experience in direct marketing, such as telemarketing or direct mail or advertising
Basic experience in data base segmentation and analysis
Experience and understanding of the Direct Marketing TV production/postproduction
Basic web design skills (websites, banners)
Basic Knowledge in Adobe PhotoShop software
