Focus primarily on leading and managing the country and territory sales team of Account Managers and New Business Development Managers in Romania;
Managing and leading a sales team and have additional direct selling, account management and marketing responsibilities;
Participate in devising strategies and business plans for the Romanian market, in close collaboration with the Managing Director Eastern Europe;
Identifies key sales channels within the market and works closely with solutions teams, marketing and product groups in order to match the right proposition to the right channel;
Achieve sales results consistent with business plan for territory/market and meeting the target EBITDA;
Motivate, coach, develop and actively encourage all team members to perform their role in pursuit of the achievement of segment and revenue targets;
Direct selling responsibilities Account Management and New Business Development;
Actively participate, provide feedback as requested and contribute during Eastern Europe management team meetings.
At least 5 years commercial experience in a sophisticated international business environment with management responsibility;
Successful track record in a B2B environment and innovative and open approach;
Solid technical understanding with experience in IT business (MUST HAVE);
Proven track record in leading a successful team, people development and succession planning;
Ability to comprehensively devise an effective and achievable Sales strategy and Plan and to execute a winning strategy to run successfully alongside;
Previous success in over achievement in revenue and contribution targets;
Highly numerate and commercially aware including a solid understanding of business finances including producing revenue and cost budgets;
Fluent written and spoken English as well as Romanian.
