The position will be responsible for any aspect of the activity of the company in Romania, including:
• Definition of the corporate business strategy;
• Definition of the pricing policy and the commercial policy to all channels of distribution used;
• Organizational structure definition;
• Finance planning and reporting;
• Securing payments due from clients;
• Organization of the after sales service for the power tools offered
• Management of the warehouse and logistics operations;
• Keeping an eye on the stocks and placing orders to the office in BG;
• Positioning/repositioning of the brands on the Ro tools’ market.
• Business planning and definition of a sales strategy to ensure that the company sales goals and profitability will be reached
• Responsible for the performance and development of the relations with the Key Accounts, both international and local
• Provision of timely, accurate, competitive pricing proposals for approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin
• Controlling expenses to meet budget guidelines
• Recruitment, evaluation, training and motivation of Sales representatives
• Establishment of sound organization and control over their daily activities and performance
• Carrying out market research and securing permanent monitoring of the market
• Reporting - timely feedback to senior management regarding performance
• Very good knowledge of the market of electric and hand tools in Romania
• Good knowledge or the channels of distribution used by the electric and hand tools market
• Fluency in English
• Open to travelling in Romania and abroad
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Effective teamplayer
• Ability to work under pressure, to resolve problems and strive to provide high quality of the assigned tasks
• Excellent computer skills - MS Office
• Clean driving license.
