The Country Manager Assistant for Diagnostics division within Roche is responsible for organizing and managing all activities related to the functioning in proper conditions of the office and assisting the Diagnostics Country Manager in organizing his activity (secretarial support, scheduling and coordinating meetings, business correspondence, translations, presentations, responses, answering and transferring telephone calls, maintaining files, registering outgoing and incoming mail, operating fax and copiers). As part of the job you may be asked to perform special projects or programs as assigned (e.g.: reports, maintaining daily accurate follow-up of various company situations and databases, etc).

We are looking for someone who is fluent in writing and speaking English, has very good communication and organizing skills as well, and very good computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, Internet). Good German language knowledge could be an advantage. You must have strong ethics and loyalty to the company. University studies and previous experience in a similar position represent an advantage.
