Multinational pharmaceutical company requires a country manager to be responsible for the total business in Romania.
•Education – University degree
•At least 5 years of experience in a leadership (at least a middle management) position with an international pharmaceutical company
•Advanced leadership, guidance, communication, analysis, and negotiation skills
•Availability for flexible hours, overtime, preparedness to work hard in a competitive environment, a systematic and disciplined approach to work
•Computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access), market data analysis – high level
•Advanced knowledge of English language – speaking and writing
•B-group driver's license
