We are looking on behalf of our client, a private Irish property investment and development company, for a Country Manager to develop and expand his business into Romania
Responsibilities:
• the role is to identify and do basic due diligence of what vendors might offer
• search out new profitable opportunities in order to expand company’s business
• engaging with potential vendors and clients
Requirements:
• few years property experience – preferably in retail and on the investment/ or development side of the industry
• English is a must in order to be able to communicate efficiently
• the potential candidate should be familiar with land development
• ability to manage the time and come to the deadline
• outgoing personality is needed
• excellent communications skills
• ability to work on his own, initiative, proactive
