Plans, develops, and establishes policy objectives in accordance with board directives and the corporate charter.
A leads and co-ordinates subordinate manager, select key people, oversees business and marketing strategies, monitors the company's financial status.
Builds and leads teams to achieve goals, i.e. market share, revenue levels, cost reductions, and/or operational efficiency.
Formulates departmental policy for subordinate managers.
Work with distributors to support product lines in the territory and increase business via the distributors.
Confers with company officials to plan business objectives, develops organizational policies, co-ordinates operations between divisions and departments, and establishes responsibilities and procedures for attaining objectives.
Reviews activity reports and financial statements to determine how the company's policy objectives are being met. Revises objectives and plans in accordance with actual conditions.
Directs and co-ordinates the development of financial programs to provide funding for new or continuing operations to maximize returns on investments, and to increase productivity.
University degree (medical background is an advantage)
Deep theoretical and practical knowledge is required.
Previous Sales and Marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry in top management positions
Knowledge and experience in team management and company management, specialized training courses
Experience of working with distributors
Basic knowledge of law regulations relating to business activity in Romania.
