To develop and find new real-estate opportunities in Romania(search prime spaces location, locate and study plots of land suitable to develop commercial projects)
Organization of design and projecting of real-estate construction works
Organization of tenders, choosing constructing partners, control over the construction process
Manage and control the running projects, organizing all documentation of projects and market studies of the assigned area.
Analyze and assure urbanistic, legal, technical and economical feasibility of projects in study.
Experience in the real estate and building industry
Dynamic, responsible and active person with personal and career development goals
Established business relationships in the sector and with the relevant state authorities
Knowledge of English
