- Review economic, market and Company trends and develop and execute corrective action to ensure achievement of the Company’s targets and objectives. Report on this action and on actual operating performance versus budget and forecast objectives
- Maintain quality in Company operations through the development and application of Company policies, procedures and standards consistent with Company's Core Values and Operating Procedures.
- Direct development and growth programs including store network growth, concept development, product development and acquisitions in line with the company's programs and activities.
Degree level qualification essential with major in business related discipline preferred (marketing, finance, economics or management). Post graduate (MBA) qualification highly regarded
Experience in marketing, finance and/or line management activities - minimum 6 years “capped off” by recent general management responsibility (2 years) with direct P&L – management accountability in a medium size organization preferably in a food and / or retail or service related industry
Experience in short and long term planning and in the development of strategies and plans for achievement of approved revenue, profit and growth targets
Proven leadership skills
