In this challenging position, located in Bucharest, you are responsible for the management of the Romanian operations as well as setting up and developing the company‘s activities on the Romanian market.
You develop engineering capacities and are in charge of the handling and execution of international projects.
Furthermore, you take care of the business development and acquisition on the local market.
As our ideal candidate, you possess a technical background (university studies in the field of engineering or electrical engineering - ideally with specialisation in turbine construction), additional commercial knowledge is a plus.
Furthermore, you have several years of experience as project leader in long term projects in the field of plant, machine or powerplant construction.
You are experienced in people management, you possess excellent leadership as well as communication skills, „entrepreneurial thinking“ and a very convincing personal presentation.
Your English skills are excellent and German language is considered an important asset. Regarding the personality, we are looking for a highly committed and target-orientated professional with organisational talent.
Last but not least, you are very proactive and highly flexible.
