Based on experience they have been able to successfully penetrate foreign markets and improve on existing gaps within these markets as well as relatively quickly and successfully establishing themselves within them. In the course of analysis and research of these markets the following companies have been established in the following countries: Czech Republic (Prague), Russian Federation (Moscow), Romania (Bucharest) and Algeria (Algiers), where in the course of time they have established subsidiary companies.

- ensuring business administration of the company: responsible for the entire functionality and legality of the organization;
- being an operational bridge between board of directors and employees;
- direct supervisor of the Technical and Administrative Managers
- analyzing, setting up, implementing and adjusting strategic plans:
*business plan,
*profit & loss budget,
*financial & performance indicators,
*cost optimization ways,
*strategic investments decisions,
*benefits packages and personnel policies
-development management; risk situations and back-up plans
-internal regulations, departments, process procedures and check-lists, individual objectives and performance standards, monthly activity roadmap
- planning, establishing priorities, coordinating, controlling, evaluating and reporting executives activities and objectives
- training, motivating and communicating with employees; analyzing the achievement of their performance indicators and deciding the compensations and penalties
- planning and implementing marketing and communication activities: responsible for the external and internal image of the company; public representation
- Synthesis and Judgment, Decision making
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in top management positions;
- University degree , MBA will be a plus;
- Language skills: Romanian and/or English, both fluent verbally and in writing;
- Comunicative, initiating, adapts easily to continuously changing circumstances, strong personality.
