Country HR Manager
Country HR Manager is accountable of HR in compensation, training, diversity, general supports, programs and functions, endlessly challenging...establishing functional business plans, and preparing the way for the development and alignment of HR people, products, programs and services.

Your Role:
-Drive specific people strategies to support Business transformation within the 2 HP entities in Romania: HP Sales Office and the International Operation Center. Align HR processes with business objectives, providing direct support to business managers and central team members.
-Take care of local legal compliance in implementing new programs
-Manage local HR team
-Interface to related HR functions like Staffing, Total Rewards
-Workforce Planning ( diversity, job structure, cost of workforce) designed, linked and implemented with business and financial plans
-Active involvement with business Learning & Development on assessing development needs and implementing appropriate development activities
-Support business leaders in driving Talent management and Succession planning
-Close cooperation with compensation team on designng and implementating of different schemes and special cases


CERINTE

-At least 6 years relevant experience in Human Resources area, at least 3 years on HR Country Manager or HR Manager position would be an asset
-Wide and advanced general business and industry knowledge
-Relevant Working experience in international environment and multinational mindset
-Resourcing and planning management, combined with an ability to prioritise and deal with a high volume of work
-Able to balance strategic thinking and focus with operational needs and delivery ; Analytical thinking
-Proven programme management skills
-Team player and change driver
-Experience in aligning different HR processes into complex solution
-Demonstrated excellent communication skills
-Coaching and consultancy skills
-Fluency in English and Romanian
-Willingness to travel in CEE region when required.
