Our client is a global leading brewer, having a strong and balanced portfolio, with brands covering all market segments.
Due to continuous growth and development, our client is now looking for an excellent candidate in the position of Country COMP & BEN Manager.
Main responsibilities:
- Assure communication and implementation of the CEE reward policies (grading / salary / bonus / benefits ) in Romania
- Design and implement the local reward programs & policies in Romania
- Advise the Romanian managers in individual reward matters
- Advise CEE reward on Romanian country specific reward practices and laws
- Provide managers with training and advise on setting SMART objectives
- Measure and report the cost for the people package
- Assure the full compliance and administrative efficiency of the Romanian reward practices to the local legislation, and also to the company’s reward and target setting policies
- University degree (preferably economics)
- 3-5 years experience in Reward or HR generalist management
- Experience in job evaluation is a must
- Employment cost planning and monitoring experience is a must
- Capacity to cope with very sensitive & confidential information
- Analytical mindset with strong result oriented attitude
- Effective communication skills and enthusiastic seller of ideas
- Fluency in English
