Job Description:
The Country and Inbound Logistics Specialists are responsible to overview and manage the daily logistics delivery execution provided by the Logistics Service Providers to meet the agreed upon service levels.
The main responsibilities are:
- Delivery coordination and tracking and tracing of orders in transit for assigned region or country and shipping sites;
- First point of contact for customer facing and procurement groups on shipments in transit;
¿Interfacing with internal logistics functions and external Logistics Service providers;
- Execution and approval of special deliveries;
- Reverse Logistics monitoring;
- Incidents handling and related performance monitoring for shipments in transit;
- Claims validation.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Logistics and Transportation;
- Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written;
- Customer oriented behavior;
- Experience in Business Applications from the user perspective (e.g. SAP);
- Ability to work in a remote organization;
- Understanding of Trade Compliance;
- Cross Cultural team experience would represent a plus.
