The Country and Inbound Logistics Coordinator Team Supervisor is consisting out of 3 main areas of responsibilities:
Supervisor function:
- Hiring of new employees;
- Performance ranking;
- Salary review and recommendation;
- Performance evaluation of Logistics Operations resources;
- People development planning;
- Maintenance of training material for the team;
- Attracting, retaining and developing a talented workforce;
- Coaching team to set the right priorities;
- Motivating team through peak volume / stressful periods
- Promoting individual and team autonomy;
- Identifying and utilizing team & individual strengths;
- Providing the job description for the team, in alignment with the company¿s management;
- Providing the information about the job levels for the team
- Responsible for the employee communication.
Logistics Operations special assignments:
- Monitoring of maintenance of Backup Documentation of the Logistics Operations team;
- Operational performance reporting to Logistics external functions like Order Management and Procurement Groups;
- Review of Delivery Matrix for all the Logistics Operations team;
- Reverse Logistics performance reporting for the team.
Logistics Operations Outbound:
- The Logistics Operations is responsible to overview and manage the daily logistic delivery execution provided by the Logistics Service Provider to meet the agreed upon service levels for an assigned country / or group of countries.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Logistics, Transportation, Trade and Compliance;
- Analytical skills;
- Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written;
- Experience in people management;
- Leadership mentality;
- Strong team player;
- Customer oriented behavior;
- Ability to work independently.
