-verificarea rezervarilor ce urmeaza a fi rambursate;
-expedierea documentelor de rambursare catre clienti;
-receptionarea si trierea documentelor de rambursare primite de la clienti;
-stabilirea prioritatilor saptamanale in functie de scadenta rambursarilor;
-evidenta corespondentei cu clientii.
-persoana dinamica si motivata, vorbind perfect limba franceza si o alta limba de circulatie internationala;
-absolvent studii superioare;
-capacitate de integrare in cadrul unei echipe tinere;
-rezistenta la stres, simt al comunicarii dezvoltat;
-cunostinte Word, Excel, Outlook;
