Our client is a Spanish construction company, well established in Spain, with an international expanding business strategy and starting its long-term plans in the Romanian subsidiary. We are now searching for their team:
- studying construction and electromechanical installations projects
- searching for competitive offers among construction providers
- comparing different construction solutions for a project (cost and technical comparison)
- quoting construction projects and estimating budgets
- preparing tender papers
- supervising the projects (including on site visits) - when necessary
- Required education: construction engineer or architect technician with University degree
- Computer literate: strong skills in Autocad / construction planning - budgeting software / ms word, excel and Power Point are required and general pc proficiency
- Languages: Romanian and English. Spanish is an asset
- Relevant experience in the field: around 2 years
