RESPONSABILITATI

-Prepare cost plan and agree with client, including allowances for safe working;
-Assist with preparation of conceptual estimation;
-Undertake market testing;
-Agree cost plan;
-Instigate cost control procedures plans;
-Monitor and cost control design development procedure, ensuring that quality is not sacrificed.
-Prepare tender documents and agree tender inquiry package with consultants.
-Up-date cash flow.
-Carry out pre-tender cost check.
-Initiate pre-tender cost reporting.
-Arrange life-cycle costing.
-Obtain warranties.
-Perform interim valuations.
-Control changes.
-Update cash flows.
-Report financial progress to the client.
-Manage claims and negotiations.
-Ensure that contract documents are signed and sealed.
-Prepare final account.
-Conduct cost analysis and report findings.


CERINTE

-University degree or relevant education
-Experience in the field of construction management
-Good knowledge of English (both written and verbal)
-PC literacy(Microsoft Office, MS Project, AutoCAD)
-Flexibility and dynamic approach
-Leadership skills
-Previous working experience in an international business is a plus
