¿ assisting in establishing client's requirements;
¿ undertaking feasibility studies of projects;
¿ preparing tender and contracts documents, including bills of quantities;
¿ detailing all the materials necessary for the contract to achieve specification;
¿ estimating the cost of plant and equipment;
¿ calculate a prediction of the likely progress rate and completion rate of the project,
¿ bearing in mind bonus payments and sub-contractual arrangements;
¿ calculating a final figure for the estimated cost, supplemented by adjustments for overheads and profit,
¿ preparing cost analysis and estimating the costs of each type of activity;
¿ preparing quotations for various types of contracts in the construction field;
¿ Min 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
¿ Bachelor¿s degree in Civil Engineering is highly preferred
¿ Fluency in English
¿ PC skills: Windows operating system, MS Office package, AutoCad
