Job expirat
- Preparation and maintaining construction budget estimates;
- Check Bills of Quantities issued by the designer;
- Check the applications issued by Contractors against the quantities executed on site;
- Check the invoices issued by Contractors
- Control the investment costs
- Together with the Project Manager compares and estimates the offers sent by Contractors
- Solid background in finance, e.g. at least 5 years of relevant experience and adequate education (University degree in finance or equivalent);
- Strong awareness of market prices (locally and internationally)
- Personality: Open, communicative, informal, initiating, adapts easily to continuously changing circumstances, strong personality;
- Language skills: Romanian and English (both fluent verbally and in writing);
- 5+ years experience in cost estimating
- 5-10 years construction experience
- experience in Primavera is an advantage
- English speaking
- Excellent IT skills (part. MS Excel)
