Our client is an international construction company, with branches all over the world. We are looking for:
- cost estimator engineer/technician;
- preparation of financial (cost estimate) and technical tender;
- preparing cost analysis and estimating the cost of each type of activity;
- detailing all the materials necessary for the contract to achieve specification;
- preparing quotations for various type of contract in the construction field;
- check bills of quantities issued by the designer and/or client;
- provide the budget and support for Production Department;
- planing knowledge's (MS Project).
- degree in Civil Construction or a Technical Degree with relevant experience at the position;
- professional experience at Technical Commercial Department of a international construction company;
- strong organization and deep knowledge of the technologies of construction support for the price composition;
- strong computer skills;
- Softeh and/or Doclibe or other specific program;
- strong English knowledge.
